3.1 We, the Messianic Nation, hereby declare that our sovereign status is separate and not subject to the status staples, movable or immovable property, citizen, resident, subject, person, whoever, taxpayer, under payroll and/or any other title under the status, rules, regulations, policies commonly used by the Democracy of the United States, the Corporation of the United States, U.S., U.S.A., the Corporate State of the District of Columbia, Washington D.C., or any other corporate governmental entity derived therefrom, without a valid contract.

Any such contracts shall be considered null and void, and we retain the right to seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with our sovereign status in The Article Three of the United States Constitutional Court, The International Court of Law of The United Nation or The Post-Master Federal International Court.

3.4 As the Messianic Nation, we consciously revoke our participation in this trust, "Unam Sanctam Ecclesiam," as we never gave our consent in an informed manner, and it was carried out through deceitful and fraudulent means. We recognize and affirm our sovereignty as the Messianic Nation, rejecting any form of subjugation that limits our autonomy and freedom. Going forward, we commit to fully exercising our right to govern our own destinies and to be the owners of our souls, bodies, and spirits, free from external interference. In line with our conscious decision to revoke our participation in this trust, based on our knowledge of the historical repercussions that still persist, we refer to the document "Unam Sanctam Ecclesiam." We acknowledge that the second trust was created by the Vatican in 1455, over 150 years after the mentioned declaration. This information strengthens our conviction that our participation in said trust was established without our full consent and in a fraudulent manner. As the Messianic Nation, we reaffirm our commitment to reclaim our sovereignty and exercise our rights as individuals and an independent community.

3.5 As the Messianic Nation, we firmly revoke, cancel, and refute any form of consent that perpetuates the belief that all men and women are mere lifeless entities or lost at sea. We demand an adjustment that recognizes and embraces the truth that every individual is a living, breathing, and divine being. In light of this, we strongly reject the outdated 'Cestui Que Vie Act 1666', enacted during the times of the black plague and great fires of London. We call upon the Government to acknowledge and affirm that individuals born in the UK are natural entities, alive and under the divine guidance of God until their true death. We urge the Government to take decisive action by revoking this antiquated act that no longer aligns with our understanding of human existence and rights.

The Messianic Nation, under this constitution, envisions Ruben: Juan-Zasragoza as the prime minister for political affairs. As the prime minister, he will hold the highest authority in political matters and play a central role in guiding the nation's political development. This may involve making political decisions, formulating policies, and representing the Messianic Nation in political matters, both domestically and internationally.

In addition, Ruben: Juan-Zasragoza's descendants will serve as the exclusive heirs to the positions of prime minister, prince, king, or any other high-ranking positions within the nation's leadership. This ensures the continuity of leadership and succession within the family lineage. Additionally, the constitution will guarantee the rights and freedoms of the citizens, ensuring the protection of individual liberties, equality, and justice. It may enshrine principles such as freedom of speech, assembly, and the right to a fair trial. The constitution will provide for the establishment of government institutions, the delineation of their functions, and the procedures for enacting laws and making constitutional amendments.

So it is written, so shall be done!

I. First amendment to the Messianic Constitution, July 12, 2023

I.I The Messianic Nation and the people of the Republic of Mexico hereby annul, cancel, abrogate, and repudiate the Treaty of Bucareli that took place approximately 100 years ago in Mexico City. We consider this treaty to be unjust for the people of Mexico and advantageous for the United States of America. Furthermore, it was signed under coercion, threats, and duress. In accordance with the principles of international bankruptcy treaties that occur every 70 years, it is declared abolished, and any indemnification or benefits shall be granted to the United Mexican States. We reiterate that this treaty is unfair, advantageous, and deceitful, as it only brought poverty and misery to the people of Mexico, as demonstrated by its ongoing repercussions to this day.

In accordance with the principle of equity in the law, any contract entered into under threat, coercion, or duress is hereby null and void, nunc pro tunc. As the Prime Minister of the Messianic Nation, I call upon the Mexican people to transcend towards becoming a first-rate country, aiming to become a nation at the forefront.

We will drive the development of cutting-edge technology, foster a strong economy, promote the creation of modern infrastructure, and commit to other aspects that will allow us to achieve excellence. Mexico will strive towards becoming a first-world country, where our citizens can enjoy an enviable quality of life.

Furthermore, as Prime Minister, I acknowledge that any disputes related to this matter can be brought before the appropriate international courts. I invite all parties involved to resort to these institutions to seek a fair and equitable resolution.

I call upon nations to establish free and equitable international treaties based on a shared vision. I urge the Mexican people to support the President of the Republic and future presidents, as they cannot accomplish everything alone but require the collaboration of the people.
